You acknowledge and agree that workplace safety is inherently dependent on factors outside the Company's knowledge or control...

The Platform and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind...

5. AI-Generated and Library Content

The Platform includes content generated by artificial intelligence and content drawn from preloaded topic libraries...

6. No Liability for Injuries, Incidents, or Penalties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data Decisions, dba My Safety Solution, and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any workplace injury, illness, death, property damage, business loss, regulatory citation, fine, penalty, claim, or legal action arising out of or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Platform.

7. Employer Responsibility

As the subscribing employer or authorized representative, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for implementing safety programs, ensuring compliance, maintaining records independently, and correcting hazards.

8. Third-Party Consultants and Pushed Content

Third-party safety consultants act independently. The Company is not responsible for their actions or recommendations.

9. No Professional Relationship

Access to the Platform does not create any safety consulting, legal, advisory, or professional relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Data Decisions against claims arising from your use of the Platform or workplace incidents.

12. Data and Recordkeeping

You are responsible for independently retaining copies of any records required for legal, regulatory, or insurance purposes.
